We are located less than one minute from I-77 and close to the Akron Canton Airport. The surrounding community has many stores for your shopping pleasure, as well as a diverse offering of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, movie theaters and much more! Within minutes, you can be at the Pro-Football Hall of Fame, The Inventors Hall of Fame or any number of attractions in downtown Akron. This gated community offers your own private entrance, covered balcony or patio, additional storage right outside your front door, oversized walk-in closets and energy efficient HVAC systems. All of our suites offer washer/dryer hookups and a gourmet kitchen that includes: garbage disposal, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator, microwave and self-cleaning oven. Besides free basic cable (45 channels), your monthly rent also includes water/sewer, garbage removal, fitness center, pool and sauna! Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and Saturday, 10am - 4pm. We can reserve a suite for $200.00 which will be applied toward your security deposit.
