We are located less than one minute from I-77 and close to the Akron Canton Airport. This gated community offers your own private entrance, covered balcony or patio, additional storage right outside your front door, oversized walk-in closets and energy efficient HVAC systems. Besides free basic cable (45 channels), your monthly rent also includes water/sewer, garbage removal, fitness center, pool and sauna!

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and Saturday, 10am - 4pm. We can reserve a suite for $200.00 which will be applied toward your security deposit.
